The Steadiness Index

This expanded report is designed to help you understand how you lead when the pressure is real, the path is unclear, and people are looking to you for direction.

This report will help you understand where your steadiness is strongest, where pressure may be creating instability, how your leadership presence may be affecting others, which dimension to strengthen next, and what practical steps you can take to lead with more clarity, trust, alignment, and sustainability.

In Employee Fanatix’s 2025 State of Team Culture Study, 55.3% of respondents selected alignment and clarity as critical fixes for improving team culture and reducing strain. In the same study, 25.4% identified ambiguous roles as one of the top contributors to burnout. Taken together, these findings point to a deeper issue: pressure becomes more costly when teams lack clarity, alignment, role definition, and consistent leadership behavior.

Your overall score gives you a broad view of how steady your leadership is across all five dimensions. Your dimension scores reveal the specific parts of your leadership operating system that are strongest and the areas most likely to create strain under pressure.

The Steadiness Indexā„¢ is a developmental self-assessment designed to help individual leaders reflect on their patterns under pressure. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, personality, or full team-culture assessment.
