CONTINUE YOUR STEADINESS JOURNEY
Your score is a starting point. What you do with it matters.
The Steadiness Index helps you see where pressure may be affecting the way you lead.
Your next step is to strengthen the areas that need the most attention.
Each Steadiness Development Pathway is a short, focused learning experience designed to help you build
practical skills in the area identified through your results. Instead of sorting through hours of leadership
content, you can start with the lessons most relevant to you right now.

Go Deeper Where It Matters Most
Your Steadiness Index results point to a leadership capacity that may have the greatest opportunity to strengthen right now.
That doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It means that, under pressure, this may be the area where a little more steadiness could create a meaningful difference for you and the people you lead.
Choose the masterclass bundle that matches the area you want to strengthen.
Each bundle includes 3–4 concise, practical videos designed to help you understand the capacity, recognize how it shows up in your leadership, and build more steadiness in real moments.
Which Bundle Is Right for You?
Regulated Presence
Steady yourself before you steady the room.
Choose this bundle if you want to stay grounded when pressure rises, manage your own reactions, and lead from a place of calm rather than urgency.
This may be the right place to start if:
You find yourself absorbing the stress around you, reacting before you have time to think, or struggling to remain steady when others are anxious or overwhelmed.
Clear Discernment
Separate facts from fear and return to what matters most.
Choose this bundle if you want to make clearer decisions when information is incomplete, emotions are high, or uncertainty is creating noise.
This may be the right place to start if:
You tend to overthink, second-guess decisions, get pulled into worst-case scenarios, or have difficulty distinguishing what you know from what you fear.
Trustworthy Connection
Build trust through listening, honesty, consistency, care, and accountability.
Choose this bundle if you want to strengthen the relationships that make leadership work, especially when conversations are difficult.
This may be the right place to start if:
You’re navigating tension, struggling to have hard conversations, sensing a lack of trust, or wanting your team to feel more heard, supported, and confident in you.
Adaptive Alignment
Help people adjust, decide, and move forward together.
Choose this bundle if you want to lead people through change without losing clarity, momentum, or connection.
This may be the right place to start if:
Your team is experiencing change, priorities keep shifting, decisions are getting stuck, or people are struggling to understand what happens next.
Sustainable Renewal
Restore capacity, repair trust, and learn from pressure before depletion becomes the culture.
Choose this bundle if you want to build a leadership rhythm that allows you and your team to recover, learn, and keep going without making exhaustion the norm.
This may be the right place to start if:
Your team is running on empty, you're seeing signs of burnout or disengagement, trust has been strained, or you know something needs to change before the pressure becomes the culture.
Start Where the Opportunity Is Greatest
Your lowest-scoring area is a useful place to begin, but it isn't a label. Think of it as a starting point for growth.
The goal isn't to become a perfect leader in every category.
The goal is to become steadier where your leadership needs it most.

I've been through every type of
ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE
you can think of.
Layoffs, reorgs, mergers, acquisitions and major technology shifts. More than 20 years leading teams through high-stakes situations where results mattered, people depended on me, and decisions couldn't wait.
Those years taught me how to lead. But they also showed me the hidden cost of always being the one who holds it all together.
During our second reorg in less than a year, I walked out of a meeting with no say in what was happening, just marching orders. When my team asked how the meeting went, I should have said, “Give me 15 minutes to process this.” But I didn't. Instead, I let them absorb every ounce of my frustration.
Then I saw their faces.
The people who looked to me for stability had just watched me unravel. What was that teaching them about their ability to handle the pressure?
That moment changed how I saw my role as a leader. Leading teams isn't only about grit or resilience. It's about how your presence builds the trust your team needs to function when things get hard.
Today, I help organizations build unshakable leaders, teams, and cultures. Because when leaders become the calm teams can count on, organizations don't just survive change, they come out strong enough to handle what’s next.
